DESCRIPTION:Join us for an afternoon and evening of swimming\, relaxation\, activities\, food and fun!\nThis a free event and\npre-registration is essential \nThe trans and gender diverse communities including partners\, families and friends are invited to join us for a free\, family-friendly\, all ages\, alcohol-free ticketed event at Cook + Phillip Park Pool. \nThe pool and its amenities will be reserved for the trans and gender diverse communities and their supporters for the duration of this event. \n\nDate: Sunday 23 November\nTime: 3:30pm to 8pm\nLocation: Cook + Phillip Park Pool\, 4 College St (cnr William St)\, Sydney. Find out how to get here \n\nThroughout the event you can enjoy the beats of a fan-favourite DJ plus snacks and refreshing drinks. Or take a break in our chill-out zone to relax and recharge. \nWhat’s On\nThere’ll be a range of activities taking place during the event including: \n\n\n3:30pm – Event starts\nDJ and a Welcome to Country\n\n\n\n4:15pm – Strength based workshop\nLearn effective techniques to build strength\, improve form\, and boost overall fitness \n\n\n4:45pm – Better swimming skills class for kids\nA fun class helping kids refine their strokes\, improve technique\, and build confidence in the water \n\n\n4:45pm – BBQ\nFuel up with a delicious and free BBQ (meat\, vegetarian\, and vegan options available) \n\n\n5pm – Better swimming skills class for adults\nA class to improve stroke technique\, efficiency\, and confidence for adult swimmers of all levels \n\n\n5:30pm – Aqua class\nJoin in for a splash of fun\, get your body moving\, and enjoy the benefits of an aqua aerobics class \n\nThis is a free event\, but pre-registration is essential.
